Search and identify potential affiliates & reactivating old ones;
Communication and assistance to existing partners;
Constantly work on improving the conditions and functionality of the existing CPA program;
Monitor competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions;
Keep affiliates up to date on program and product enhancements;
Monitor partner activities and performance, including transaction checks (fraud risk, unusual activities);
Monitor affiliate activity to ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines in all online channels;
Analyze and report on affiliate promotional performance via proprietary data tools;
Work with hiring candidates for the team, setting goals and tracking results.
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in affiliate marketing at/or a relevant position;
Experience in managing a team of minimum 2e employees;
Good understanding of conversion funnels performance and its analysis;
Excellent understanding of the market (finance/crypto/betting/gambling);
Analytical skills, the ability to work with large amounts of data;
Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (Revenue Share/Hybrid/CPA/CPL) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/eCPA/ARPU/CAC);
Advanced negotiation skills, the use of various “negotiating levers”. Skills in bargaining in the direction of decreasing rates without losing the quality of traffic;
Upper-intermediate English level, both verbal and written.
