Responsibilities

  • Manage the team of digital marketing and Social media to drive their motivation and enthusiasm;
  • Develop the strategy of online acquisition across all digital channels, including social media;
  • Create and manage a sales structure with the development and implementation of sales strategies that drive revenue growth;
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing;
  • Continuously analyze and plan result outcome relevant campaigns to meet all preset KPIs;
  • Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and manage forecasts;
  • Provide dashboards and analytics for each online channel;
  • Identify and deliver new opportunities and innovative campaigns/approaches;
  • Lead the negotiations with a digital agency and continuously monitor their performance;
  • Continuously monitor the quality of traffic;
  • Monitor and incorporate industry trends and best practices into marketing and sales efforts;
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support lead generation and customer retention

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven client acquisition digital marketing experience;
  • Experience in a fast-paced digital agency /online business (such as e-commerce, online finance, or other online B2C company);
  • Experience in managing a team of a minimum 5e employee;
  • Experience in working with budgets from 50k USD;
  • Practical experience in user acquisition in Asia, LATAM, South Africa, and Europe markets;
  • Good understanding of conversion funnel performance and its analysis;
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools;
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including a strong knowledge of online marketing metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (and proficiency in SQL highly desired);
  • Advanced negotiation skills, the use of various “negotiating levers”;
  • Skills in bargaining in the direction of decreasing rates without losing the quality of traffic;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

  •  Experience with SEO, Affiliate traffic, and paid traffic sources;
  • Experience in working with different tracking systems (Voluum, AppsFlyer, etc.)
  • Experience of working in FinTech sphere;
  • Experience in cooperation with remote/foreign employees.
