Requirement

• Confident knowledge of Microsoft functionality Dynamics CRM;
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM server and client development;
• Knowledge of SQL and the Microsoft SQL Server platform;
• Creation of modifications of standard functionality of MS Dynamics AX;
• Development of database structures (MS SQL Server);
• Ability to prepare competent technical documents (technical specifications, description architecture, technology designs, presentations, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Creation of new MS Dynamics CRM functionality;
• Queue and workflow management;
• Creation, management, setup of objects (cases, contacts and etc.);
• Management and customization of dashboards, forms;
• Detailing of productions/technical assignments;
• Preparation of those. solution design and architecture;
• Implementation of complex system blocks;
• Interaction with the contractor’s implementation team and customer;
• Advising on the use of CRM;
• Account administration;
• Setting (managing) access schemes in Dynamics;
• Server monitoring;
• Periodic check of backup functionality.
