We are looking for a CRM Manager, due to the team expansion.

 

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in MS Office,
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Experience in working with CRM system,
  • Self-motivated and highly organized,
  • Upper-intermediate English.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Users assignment between team members in the CRM system;
  • Tracking user statuses and correctness in their use;
  • Ensures timely contact between managers and users;
  • Tracking the quality of filling CRM system (correct notes, completeness of the required fields);
  • Analyzing team member and department performance;
  • Provides regular reports on the effectiveness of the department work;
  • Administration of accounts in the CRM system.
