Office Administrator, Kiev

We are looking for an Office Administrator to support daily tasks and provide a high-level working environment to the Kyiv team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, catering and vendor relationships, including ordering and billing;
  • Manage the office budget;
  • Participating in travel arrangements for company employees, relocation support;
  • Correspondence and delivery support;
  • Cooperation with the HR department;
  • Support events, help with team buildings, holiday parties, etc.;
  • Maintain the high quality of the working environment in the office, arranging and ensuring necessary repairs;
  • Help colleagues with their requests;
  • Look for creative ideas to improve our office life.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Working experience in a similar position is a must;
  • Great communication skills;
  • High level of self-organization;
  • Responsible attitude to work;
  • Multitasking and problem solving;
  • Ability to see the situation in general;
  • Intermediate level of English or higher;
  • Passionate about the job.
