We are looking for a QC Manager, due to the team expansion.


  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills,
  • Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care,

  • Solid time management skills,
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel),
  • Excellent written and spoken English,
  • Any other language will be a plus.



  • Monitors inbound and outbound correspondence (calls, e-mails, chats etc) to assess associates demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance,
  • Assess the quality of the performance of company’s associates who deal with existing and potential clients,
  • Provides feedback to team leaders and managers,
  • Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
