Regional Manager, Kyiv

We are looking for a driven Regional Manager, who will be focused on business development of the assigned regions.



  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a similar field,
  • 5 years + in Business Development,
  • 5 years + as a Team Leader/Manager,
  • Successful experience in business development, increasing sales and marketing activities,
  • Management of international markets experience will be considered as advantage,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural team environment,
  • High degree of organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail),
  • Result-oriented and highly proactive,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Financial industry experience is a plus, but not essential;
  • Fluent English is a must (any other languages from the region will be considered an advantage).



  • Development and management of the assigned regions,
  • Implementation and execution of the business plan for respective region, by conducting detailed analysis and market research,
  • Development a deep understanding of the respective markets, competitive analysis and partner business activities;
  • Be accountable for delivering commercial results based on KPIs,
  • Formulating and leading market development & sales strategies for business growth,
  • Working closely with Head of Business Development on Regional development strategy,
  • Directly manage country managers to build a pipeline of new potential partners and premier accounts,
  • Functional management and coordination of Retail Sails and Customer Support teams of the assigned region,
  • Ensure compliance and adherence of company’s business, regulatory and brand guidelines,
  • Management existing key partnerships, new clients and partners development,
  • Market & Brand position development,
  • Proactively engage and represent the company in related industry exhibitions, partner and client events,
  • Coordinate in planning and execution of offline & online events,
  • Or any other commercial and client portfolio related activities as required by the business,
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management,
  • Regular business trips.
