Responsibilities

  • develop and drive forward the mobile product vision;
  • drive the process of development of a mobile application from scratch;
  • conduct market research and analysis of product users needs (from defining main trends to competitor analysis);
  • lead the discovery, prioritization, and delivery of features and other optimizations that maximize performance and make the most of the mobile app platform’s capabilities;
  • use research, data analysis, wireframes, product requirements, and other illustrations to communicate product vision and roadmap to senior management, and ensure alignment with company-level initiative;
  • develop metrics to measure the success of product changes, analyze results, and use this analysis to inform further teration;
  • suggest improvements and new features based on collected data and researches;
  • drive internal process improvements and provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for user stories and other requirements;
  • communicate project status to various key teams around the organization;
  • prioritize development activities with engineering teams, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches;
  • work closely with the Customer Support Department to develop and improve customer experience based on collected customer feedback and conducted customer interviews.
  • collaboration with the Marketing Department to launching advertising campaigns for application promotion in close.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in working as a Mobile Product Manager in B2C companies. Experience both with Android and iOS platforms with a deep understanding of user behavior;
  • solid experience in launching and developing mobile products in any niche on international markets. Experience in scaling a business and expanding products into new markets;
  • experience in the development of new functionality for existing products; Experience in management of application release processes in Google Play / App Store;
  • measurement of product success based on data. Strong practical experience with data analytics/visualization tools: Firebase, Flurry, Appsflyer, Amplitude, and similar;
  • deep understanding of main product business metrics: DAU, MAU, LTV, Retention rate;
  • experience with development of push and in-app communication;
  • good experience in A/B testing;
  • knowledge of app usage and UI/UX patterns depending on the platform; Understanding of design difference between Android, IOS, PWA, WebView;
  • willingness to own problems. A passion for building products. A desire to make things better. A sense of optimism;
  • comfortable working in an ambiguous, ever-changing environment;
  • excellent communication skills, at least an Upper-intermediate level of English.
