  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies tailored to attract and recruit top talent;
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for executive roles;
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations;
  • Provide guidance and consultation to hiring managers and clients on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices;
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for executive and senior-level positions;
  • Build and maintain a strong network of high-level professionals, industry experts, and executive candidates within the Fintech space;
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, and social media platforms, to identify and engage with passive candidates;
  • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience through in-depth interviews and evaluations;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry to ensure a positive recruitment experience.


  • 3+ years of experience as an executive search recruiter or in senior-level recruitment, preferably within a recruiting agency or executive search agency;
  • Proven track record of successfully placing top-level executives and senior managers;
  • In-depth knowledge of executive search methodologies, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques;
  • Strong understanding of various industries and functions, with the ability to source candidates across different sectors;
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence high-level professionals;
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate top talent;
  • Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment;
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Will be plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred);
  • Experience as an executive search recruiter or in senior-level recruitment, with the Fintech industry;
  • Professional certifications in executive search or recruitment (e.g., AIRS, CIR).
