We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Search Recruiter to join our team.
As an Executive Search Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-level talent for executive and senior-level positions within the Fintech sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies tailored to attract and recruit top talent;
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for executive roles;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations;
- Provide guidance and consultation to hiring managers and clients on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices;
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for executive and senior-level positions;
- Build and maintain a strong network of high-level professionals, industry experts, and executive candidates within the Fintech space;
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, and social media platforms, to identify and engage with passive candidates;
- Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience through in-depth interviews and evaluations;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an executive search recruiter or in senior-level recruitment, preferably within a recruiting agency or executive search agency;
- Proven track record of successfully placing top-level executives and senior managers;
- In-depth knowledge of executive search methodologies, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques;
- Strong understanding of various industries and functions, with the ability to source candidates across different sectors;
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence high-level professionals;
- Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate top talent;
- Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment;
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
Will be plus
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred);
- Experience as an executive search recruiter or in senior-level recruitment, with the Fintech industry;
- Professional certifications in executive search or recruitment (e.g., AIRS, CIR).
