Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support;
Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, performance reviews, face-to-face meetings, and more to ensure effective integration specialists in the company;
Cooperation with the HR team for the planning and implementation of corporate HR initiatives;
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners;
Provide accurate and up-to-date HR performance reporting;
Develop company culture and values;
Organize and conduct internal and external team events;
Сonduct market analysis based on the needs of the department.
Requirements:
1.5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company;
Experience in implementing HR processes and procedures;
Experience in conducting HR research;
Experience with HR standards and best practices;
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
Upper-Intermediate level of English;
Proactivity, openness, self-education, business orientation, negotiation, trustworthiness, empathy, and time management skills.
