Responsibilities

  • Setting up and maintaining the server infrastructure of the project;
  • Interaction with engineering teams and stakeholders;
  • Drawing up documentation and instructions for the operation of the infrastructure;
  • Providing technical leadership for the customer;
  • Provide effective business solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience;
  • Proven experience in successfully leading projects from start to delivery;
  • Knowledge and experience in creating high-availability systems;
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in configuring server operating systems Linux and Windows;
  • Working experience in the administration of PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL solutions;
  • Working experience in administering web servers (Nginx, Apache) and web applications;
  • Working experience and deep knowledge in the field of network information security;
  • Working experience in building and administering monitoring systems;

    As an Executive Search Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-level talent for executive and senior-level positions within the Fintech sector.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies tailored to attract and recruit top talent;
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for executive roles;
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations;

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience as an executive search recruiter or in senior-level recruitment, preferably within a recruiting agency or executive search agency;
    • Proven track record of successfully placing top-level executives and senior managers;
    • In-depth knowledge of executive search methodologies, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques;
    • Strong understanding of various industries and functions, with the ability to source candidates across different sectors;
    • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence high-level professionals;
    • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate top talent;

      We are currently seeking a Data Science Lead to help us to build a strong Data Science team from scratch that will develop services from the ground up.

      Responsibilities

      • Review and understand the data, including checking logic and cleaning outliers as needed;
      • Carry out feature engineering, using different techniques of feature preparation, transformation, normalization, or generation;
      • Conduct model training and evaluation, developing pipelines for model training and experimenting;
      • Be responsible for model monitoring and maintenance;
      • Work alongside engineers, and product teams to help develop a core suite of data products and services;
      • Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences to gather requirements and present findings;
      • Engage with research and business stakeholders and help drive AI/ML strategies and identify areas where business problems that can be solved in creative ways utilizing data and the power of algorithms;

      Requirements
