Rapidly identify and act on new business and market opportunities, leveraging partnerships, innovative market strategies, and comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to gain an edge;
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to swiftly launch initiatives that support business growth, customer acquisition, and product enhancement;
Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, utilising these insights to inform business development strategies and keep the company at the forefront of the industry;
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our brand, networking with industry professionals, and establishing new business connections;
Ensure the business development, sales, and key account management teams have a thorough understanding of our products, services, and unique value propositions to effectively engage with potential partners and clients;
Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of our business development efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve rapid growth objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred;
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry;
Proven track record of delivering rapid business growth, establishing and managing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue growth targets;
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events, meet with partners and clients, and support business development efforts;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software;
Advanced English level both verbal and written is must;
Willingness to work from Cyprus.

Requirements
At least 3 years experience in affiliate marketing at/or a relevant position;
Experience in managing a team of minimum 2e employees;
Good understanding of conversion funnels performance and its analysis;
Excellent understanding of the market (finance/crypto/betting/gambling);
Analytical skills, the ability to work with large amounts of data;
Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (Revenue Share/Hybrid/CPA/CPL) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/eCPA/ARPU/CAC);
Advanced negotiation skills, the use of various “negotiating levers”. Skills in bargaining in the direction of decreasing rates without losing the quality of traffic;
Upper-intermediate English level, both verbal and written.
