Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust business development strategy;
  • Lead and manage the sales, business development, and key account management teams, setting ambitious targets, providing leadership, strategic direction, and driving them towards rapid achievement of business objectives;

  • Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of our business development efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve rapid growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry;
  • Proven track record of delivering rapid business growth, establishing and managing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue growth targets;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events, meet with partners and clients, and support business development efforts;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software;
