Customer Support Agent


Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of work with Google framework (Disc, Sheets, Docs).
  • Experience of resolving difficult issues.
  • Experience of communication with angry clients.
  • Basic understanding of empathy.
  • Understanding of customer service with ability to identify weak areas.
  • Basic knowledge of best CS practice.

Responsibilities

  • Handle any incoming customer inquiry within the set time range via different communication channels: live chat, messengers, CRM system;
  • Identify customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction;
  • Manage standard inquires in the ticket system and escalate the ones that require deeper investigation to the relevant department or specialist.

    HR Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support;
    • Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, performance reviews, face-to-face meetings, and more to ensure effective integration specialists in the company;
    • Cooperation with the HR team for the planning and implementation of corporate HR initiatives;
    • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners;
    • Provide accurate and up-to-date HR performance reporting;
    • Develop company culture and values;
    • Organize and conduct internal and external team events;
    • Сonduct market analysis based on the needs of the department.

    Requirements:

    • 1.5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company;
    • Experience in implementing HR processes and procedures;
    • Experience in conducting HR research;
    • Experience with HR standards and best practices;
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
    • Upper-Intermediate level of English;
    • Proactivity, openness, self-education, business orientation, negotiation, trustworthiness, empathy, and time management skills.
