- Managing the recruiting process from job posting to onboarding;
- Providing effective communication to candidates;
- Collaboration with hiring managers.
Requirements
- English level: Upper-intermediate;
- Full-cycle recruiting experience;
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong networking, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and strong attention to detail;
- Hard-working, focused, and goal-oriented;
- Proactive and a quick thinker;
- Collaborative/team player;
- Excellent time management skills.
