Requirements:
1.5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company;
Experience in implementing HR processes and procedures;
Experience in conducting HR research;
Experience with HR standards and best practices;

Upper-Intermediate level of English;

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system;
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an executive search recruiter or in senior-level recruitment, preferably within a recruiting agency or executive search agency;
Proven track record of successfully placing top-level executives and senior managers;
In-depth knowledge of executive search methodologies, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques;
Strong understanding of various industries and functions, with the ability to source candidates across different sectors;
Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence high-level professionals;
Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate top talent;
Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment;
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
Will be plus
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred);
Experience as an executive search recruiter or in senior-level recruitment, with the Fintech industry;
Professional certifications in executive search or recruitment (e.g., AIRS, CIR).
