Skills and experience with Twitter and Telegram;
Community management skills: group administration, attracting community members;
Well-acquainted with social media analytics and monitoring systems;

Proven track record of successfully placing top-level executives and senior managers;
In-depth knowledge of executive search methodologies, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques;
Strong understanding of various industries and functions, with the ability to source candidates across different sectors;
Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence high-level professionals;
Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate top talent;
Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment;
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
